Faye Crute (Manspile) is a Senior Loan Officer based out of our Blacksburg VA office but working remote to cover the Salem, Roanoke, Montgomery County, Franklin County and surrounding areas. Faye began her career as a realtor in 1998 and in 2002 moved into the mortgage side of the business. Faye is a trusted professional who provides clients with exceptional service and guidance throughout the home buying and refinancing process.

Faye is well-known in the Roanoke community for her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and her ability to help clients navigate the complexities of the mortgage process. She has a reputation for being attentive to her clients’ needs, responsive to their questions and concerns, and for providing clear and concise explanations of mortgage options and terms. Several of her clients have said “where there is a Faye, there is a way” due to Faye’s passion for helping her clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Throughout her career, Faye has worked with clients from all walks of life, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned real estate investors. She has expertise in a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, and she takes pride in finding creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Most of her clients have become lifelong friends and continue to refer her their friends and family to have the “Faye experience”.

When she’s not helping clients secure financing for their dream homes, Faye enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community. She is actively involved in local charity organizations and has been a Junior Achievement mentor, PTA volunteer, Salem city council board and many dog rescue organizations. She is a wife to Robert Manspile and proud mom of Maggie Crute who is a nurse in Boston. Faye loves to travel, is an avid dog mom and never meets a stranger, she has lived in this community most of her life and would love to help you with your homeowners goals.
