Joseph’s dedication to the community goes far beyond the mortgage world. He is the Chairman of TGP Gives, a nonprofit he founded to promote kindness and generosity through local giving. His leadership roles include Past Chairman of the Unity Campaign for Frederick County, Co-Founder of Funds for Causes, Past President of the UHS Athletic Boosters, and an active member of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to his mortgage work, Joseph is also the Managing Partner of Troyce Gatewood & Partners (TGP), where he helped transform a single-agent real estate business into a values-driven, growth-focused team. At the heart of Joseph’s mission is a belief that giving back is essential, and through initiatives like TGP Gives, his team has helped raise and donate over $3 million to local causes.
