Samantha was born and raised in the Northern Virginia area. She graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Global & Community Health. Instead of pursuing a career in the health industry, she’s decided to instead help people with the biggest and most important financial decisions of their lives. By following in her father’s footsteps, and joining the mortgage industry, she has 26+ years of knowledge and experience at her disposal. In addition, as a member of First Heritage Mortgage, one of Northern Virginia’s leading full service mortgage lenders, she has access to a full range of loan products, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Construction, Bridge Loans, and more.

She finds being a Loan Officer is a truly gratifying experience; by assisting first time homebuyers, refinance clients, and move up buyers, in attaining a mortgage loan that fits their needs and making their dreams come true. Although the mortgage industry now has stricter guidelines, she’s willing to go above and beyond to make your loan process as smooth and simple as possible.
