HousingWire Names Erica Goodwin a 2024 Marketing Leader 

HousingWire announced their 2024 Marketing Leaders honorees today, selecting Erica Goodwin, SVP of Marketing at First Heritage Mortgage, for this top recognition.

Erica Goodwin, Senior Vice President of Marketing at First Heritage Mortgage, was selected as one of 50 winners for 2024.

Erica Goodwin joined First Heritage Mortgage (FHM) in 2016 and has grown FHM’s marketing group from a two-person team into a powerhouse in-house agency serving over 120 loan officers across 16 states and Washington, D.C. Her dedication to innovation is highlighted by the spearheading of FHM’s AI Council, which leads generative AI exploration and integration policy for the organization, as well as the implementation and optimization of FHM’s marketing technology stack, enhancing customer relationship management and intelligence. Over the past 12 months, Goodwin has spearheaded initiatives that have helped navigate FHM through challenging times and propelled its growth and profitability, evidenced by a more than 20% growth of the FHM sales team in Q1 of 2024.  

Additional contributions made during Goodwin’s tenure at FHM include the establishment of corporate DEI initiatives and outreach campaigns to underserved communities, reflecting FHM’s core values of inclusivity and fairness in lending, as well as the launch of FHM’s Builder Marketing Toolkit and Marketing Master Class series, which empower FHM’s business partners with the knowledge and tools to succeed in a competitive market.
