The recipients of this award are recognized as the most creative and influential marketing minds in the housing industry. Erica Goodwin, Senior Vice President of Marketing at First Heritage Mortgage, was selected as one of 50 winners for 2024.

The Marketing Leaders are selected by HousingWire’s selection committee based on their professional achievements within their organizations, contributions to the overall housing economy, client impact, and personal success over the course of their careers.
