I am Brad Cohen, and I live in Montgomery County, Maryland. I graduated in 1990 from Ithaca College with a Business Management degree and a marketing minor. I rowed crew there for 2 years. I work for First Heritage Mortgage and am happy to assist you with mortgage financing for purchasing a new home or refinance an existing loan! Obtaining a loan through me provides you the ease of an Internet loan but with the personal touch of knowing who you are working with. I have my own loan officer assistant and loan processor, and we utilize in-house underwriters. This ensures that I can keep track of your loan and update you on the process every step of the way. I have been in the mortgage business for over 26 years and have personally closed over $3 Billion in loans. I pride myself on exceptional customer service and love getting to the office early daily to make the most of my mornings.
I come from a Real Estate background – my mom has been an agent for 42 years, and my father has been a custom home builder for 50 years. I am a proud father of 2 kids, Sedona and Ashton, and love traveling to Arizona and attending car shows, rallies, and auctions. Before entering the mortgage business in 1997, I owned an at-your-door auto detailing business for 12 years, and that business helped develop my interpersonal skills and customer service.
