Hello and welcome to my web page. As you know by now I am Lee Sansom and a proud member of the First Heritage family. I have been originating residential mortgage loans since 1999, and I look forward to putting my experience to work for you. During all that time I have never lost my passion for helping folks to buy or refinance their homes.
The process of obtaining a home mortgage can seem like a difficult task, but it doesn’t have to be. As I tell all of my clients, I never want to forget what it is like to sit on their side of the desk. So I take pride in reviewing and educating you in your options and the process. That way you eliminate any uncertainty and questions you may have about your loan or the process.
I also pride myself in being available for you when you need me. I take calls 7 days a week except Sunday mornings till noon. That way you can get answers to questions and make sound contract offers while looking at homes. In other words, I work for you and around your schedule
