Bio

Sean is native to Northern Virginia and there’s a good chance you’ll find you have common friends if you speak with him.  His passion is helping individuals and families secure homes where they can build wonderful memories together.

Sean spent approximately 15 years as a senior leadership consultant to numerous global Fortune 500 organizations and uses the same consultative approach while working with clients.  He takes the time to listen, diagnose, question, and recommend thoughtful solutions to your challenges.  Sean’s customers often share they feel heard and well understood, ending up in a better place than where they expected, having worked with him.

Sean is part of a highly productive and resourceful group that ensures clients’ confidence and satisfaction with their results.  No matter how easy or challenging your situation may be, Sean is available to help you and provide excellent consultation during your journey of becoming a homeowner.

When not in the office, you’ll likely find Sean with his wife and three daughters attending various sporting activities in which they’re involved.  These include soccer, tennis, and swimming.  He volunteers time with college students and his national fraternity, Phi Sigma Kappa, and served as their National President from 2017-2019.  Sean is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking various national parks when he has the chance.
