About Josh
Josh prides himself on his effective communication, being easy to reach and solution-oriented. Josh is an expert when it comes to first-time homebuyers, VA lending, and new construction lending. He earned an award as a “VA Lending Specialist” in 2022. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, he was the Finance Director for Taylor BMW for six years, so he has extensive experience with many facets of financing.
He is not just a mortgage banker, but a friend that guides homebuyers through the mortgage process. Josh is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to his clients.
Josh lives in Aiken, SC with his wife, Christina, their two children, Seeley and Lucey, and their dog, Paisley. He is a member of the Boy Scouts Leadership, Aiken Running Club, and Youth Sports Coaching. When he’s not working, Josh enjoys outdoor recreation: climbing, hiking, mountain biking, offshore fishing, trail running, backpacking, and golf.
