Mark Wooten

Throughout his career, Mark has combined deep industry expertise with a strong commitment to integrity and personal service. In addition to maintaining a successful personal book of business, he previously managed the state of North Carolina for one of the largest mortgage brokerage firms in the country and was a top producer with SunTrust Mortgage for more than 13 years. Remarkably, he has built his business entirely through referrals, a reflection of the trust he earns from clients and professional partners.

Mark is an accredited member of the Association of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. He is also a graduate of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and remains actively involved in the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the Wake County Home Builders Association, the Cary MacGregor Rotary Club, and the Cary Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University.

While Mark is passionate about helping families achieve the dream of homeownership, his greatest priorities are family, faith, and friendships. He and his wife, Joanna, are proud parents of three children, Lauren, Logan, and Landon. Mark believes that true professional success begins with strong personal values and meaningful relationships.
