About Paul
Paul began his real estate career in 1999 as a paralegal at a law firm in Washington, D.C. In this role, he gained a solid foundation in commercial and residential real estate and became a licensed Realtor in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
In 2005, Paul began his mortgage career with a local brokerage firm in Rockville, MD. Through the years, Paul has completed hundreds of successful mortgage transactions and has developed a natural ability to communicate with his clients as he walks them through the entire mortgage process. Through his close attention to detail, Paul identifies the best mortgage program for his client’s short- and long-term goals. Thanks to his formative experience, Paul’s clients also benefit from his unique ability to understand real estate transactions from all sides of the equation.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College. He is married to Tina Lancaster and has two daughters and three grandchildren.
